Luxury Mojito:

• 12 mint leaves
• 1/2 lime (cut in 4)
• 2 teaspoon cane sugar
• 6 cl white rum
• 1,5 cl sugar syrup (liquid cane sugar)
• 4 cl sparkling water
• 1 bottle Lux Brut
• Crushed ice

How-To:

• Add the 1/2 lime in the glass
• Add 2 teaspoons cane sugar to the glass
• Add 1,5 cl sugar syrup to the glass
• Activate the mint by hitting them with your hands
• Add 6 mint leaves to the glass
• Add 6 cl white rum
• Muddle, make sure you don’t put to much force on the muddler. This way you avoid adding the bitter aspects of the lime peel
• Fill the glass with crushed ice
• Add the rest of the mint leaves
• Add the sparkling water
• Stirr short
• Enjoy your LUXury Mojito!
